Cosy not working for over 16 hours from early evening until following morning. Tried Everything on Tried to ring their so called customer services but getting nowhere as tells you to look online or no one is available ti speak to! NOT HAPPY! UPDATE! Finally got through. The lady I spoke to said they are currently experiencing problems and started moaning at me saying there was only two of them in the office and she hadn't even had the time to take her coat off and had answered about 60 calls already. I told her that she was clearly under presdure but asked why m, ehen it was already 10am there were only two of them on to answers calls when they knew they had a problem? I explained I had no idea wbat was going on with my heating, it was turning itself offf and on willy nilly etc and then the phone hot put down on me! Disgusting! Update! Got a call back from a lovely man wjo talked through everything with me and got my heating working! I explained what had happened on the phone and he apologised. As suchI have amended my rating to reflect this promptcallback and solution.

Equipment not working when installed at last two sites - Green Energy Options not interested in the additional time or costs to our business as a result of the faulty equipment that they supplied. We will not be recommending them in future and would advise others to seek alternatives.
