Greenacres did a superb job with handling my cat Smudge after his rapid decline and eventual passing. The time between them receiving him and me receiving his ashes was small and the package I received back was lovely and it was clear they looked after my baby in his passing. Although the vet handled the arrangements, it eased my heart to know Smudge was respected even after life is over. It made things so much easier to bear so thank you.

Just wanted to say thank you for the exceptional services you provided in our loss of our baby scooby aged 15 on 13th March 2023. Heartbroken is an understatement He will be with us forever, in every single day of our lives and in so many things we do daily. His ashes are going to be scattered in our garden that he loved. My little girl Pumpkin very unexpectedly passed away on Wednesday. I called Greenacres Pet Crematorium this morning and they were able to come and pick her up very quickly, less than 2 hours after I called. The process was very quick and easy and the price was very reasonable. They were so kind to me when they came to collect her, even though I couldn’t speak very much because I was so upset. I’m so grateful for their exceptional service and for being so kind on the hardest day of my whole life. Thank you.

What can I say ..... we lost our boy "Cooper" yesterday and Laura and Sam were absolutely amazing! They made our pain more bearable. I couldn't give this review with out a BIG MASSIVE thankyou to DAVE . S ....This guy is not only full of love and compassion but treated our boy with so much love and tenderness... Dave gave Cooper so much love when he was put the rest in the clean sanitised committal chamber.... and when the committal service was over Dave again handled our boy with nothing but care and tenderness, we as a family are eternally greatful for all the love our family was shown by Greenachers and the hugs given by all when I was there.. Thanks Laura ...xxx Also a Special Thank you to Matt Dennison for the kindness he has shown and given to us with this service. We are truly grateful to ALL members of staff at Greenachers Scunthorpe. I would like to thank all the staff at Greenacres for their kindness and support. We lost both our beloved cats within 7 months of each other. Both of our girls were back home, within a week in a lovely casket. Thank you for making us feel better at such a difficult time.

We lost our dog last week and whilst we didn’t deal direct with Greenacres as it was all handled by our vet, we couldn’t be more thankful knowing that our little lady made her final journey in a place that clearly cares. She was back home with us within days, her casket is lovely and whilst we miss her every minute of every day, Greenacres have made her loss a little easier.
