I was interested renting a house so the lady agent sent me a questionnaire to fill for the viewing but on next day she sent me an email saying all viewings are booked. So why wouldn't you tell me this at the beginning I spent my time for this questionnaire! Besides she didn't reply for my email...very unprofessional !! And on the website you can choose time and day for the viewing but never works! So stupid...

We found a wonderful property in central farnham that I fell in love with as soon as I walked in the door. Once I had enquired I was able to view the property within 48 hours. There and then I said I was happy with the property and would like to pay the holding deposit. Alice was incredibly prompt and polite. Even after we had accepted the property I asked if we could view again so I could show my husband. The credit checks and referencing were commenced straight away, and our move in date is only 3 weeks away from when first viewing the property. All the information has been clear and concise from the start, and Alice really does work with the landlord and tenants best interests. Thank you for all of your help so far, and when we we are ready to buy a property ourselves in the next few years we would absolutely go to GW&CO as our first port of call. We are so excited to move into our new rental home which was presented beautifully. The landlord very obviously takes great pride in their properties and the immaculate high standard is what made us fall in love with this new home. Thank you GW&CO. You have been leagues better than other estate agents we've used in the past.
