    We can’t thank Groovystyle enough for just existing. We searched far and wide for replacement wheels for our Uppababy 2015+ and we found it here! There was a delay for the front wheels but they sent it the very next day. Excellent products and highly responsive customer service. Thank you Groovy styles and thank you Natasha.     My partner and I scheduled an early morning Saturday appointment with Groovystyle Baby Equipment and rocked up late, tired and curious as to what wonders could be inside such a small entrance. We were greeted by Sam with a huge smile, soothed that our lateness was just fine and then we were happily surprised with all the kit that we saw as we took the steps down! Sam asked us what we were looking for and a little bit about us. She then got out all relevant equipment and gear, allowing us to ask never-ending questions while playing with everything. She was calm, collected, knowledgable and understanding. It really was an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend a visit, and especially an appointment visit if you want time just to yourself with a member of staff. We bought a great set of gear under a travel system discount (of some kind - which was a pleasant surprise) and picked everything up a week later. When we picked everything up another member helped us to install our new carseat and also answered questions. I really was pleased with the experience from booking to buying to collecting. Thank you!
