Quite a disappointment was to learn that the problem - which I in full described prior to them accepting the car in - would not be solved. Seems that anything serious - inlet valves most likely so head gasket needs to go off and then some work - these guys cannot(@ the time I write this) do. So it cost me 40 quid for diagnostics on my Saab 9-3. regards.

I had been looking for a high specification Saab which came up as they reopened for sales in April. Bill and Simon are great people to deal with, friendly, knowledge, with no sales pressure. I could talk to them all day long with their years of experience. During lockdown it's been difficult for everyone including independent car dealers, they were as glad as I was to get back to their passion. Overall a pleasent experience.
