Called Greg (who was in fact very helpful on the phone) and arranged for him to come out to my elderly father sometime the following week as his car has immobiliser issue (his only means of transport). I text messaged Greg their address that Monday evening, heard nothing back, sent a what’s app message on the Tuesday which was read, sent two further text messages as well then called on the weds left a voicemail,,,,,,,,, still no response so on the Thursday I had to start looking for someone else! Which is now going to take even longer as the Easter bank holidays are here. My father needs his car it’s the only way he can get to the shops and I have wasted nearly a week waiting for Greg to respond, if you could not help or decided you did not want the job then you could of at least have the decency to let me know on the Tuesday. I look forward to your response now I have left you very negative feedback!

Contacted Greg as had a flat battery on our Mercedes GLC. Greg helped diagnose that the battery wasn’t going to recharge and sorted a new one from main dealer. He cleared all fault codes, then coded the new battery. reset and carried out adaptions to the electrical system. He talked everything through with us and then did the work in an amazingly efficient way. He also helped us realise some functions of our car we didn’t fully know which is brilliant. Reprogrammed everything so everything works brilliantly. Would highly recommend him to anyone who needed a mechanic in the Cambridge area! Beth and George Service: Battery

I contacted Greg, G.W. autos mobile mechanic, after finding his number on a Google search. He arrived but failed to carry out a diagnostic on my car. He then told me that I required a part which he did not stock and he requested over £200 in advance to purchase the item and a further £75 to fit the part. I later contacted the supplier in question and discovered that the part was over £40 less than I was quoted. Gregg was supposed to arrive the following day but did not show up, despite numerous phone calls in which he claimed that he “was just about to call” me! After two days of time wasting and waiting, I ended up finding a professional company. I would definitely not recommend and would never, ever use again. Services: Battery, Battery service

Greg came to my rescue to replace the fuel lift pump in my VW Golf GT Sport when other chains and traders refused to do the work, had a long wait time and/ or were charging extortionate prices. Amazing service at home, very fairly priced and with honest and extremely courteous service. Brilliant experience all round - highly recommended.

Just had to post this,, If your watching Greg mate. Had a problem with a Jeep grand cherokee. Just went wrong with in cab electrics, I have had Greg`s service in the past , Highly recommend the bloke. I had been doing the same type of job for 50 years, tech has moved on from me , but i`m still willing to learn, Greg has shown me stuff i`d probably forgotten . so thanks Greg.
