GWE have just replaced my boiler and they have done a fantastic job. Scott was very friendly and gave a detailed and competitive quote. Nadine arranged the dates of the job and handled everything so it was hassle free. Come the day of the job the engineer turned up and his name was Callum. He worked his socks off and did a great job. Great work ethic that fella. The end result was fantastic, I’m so pleased. This local company will not let you down. Quality workmanship and competitive pricing. What more can you ask for. I highly recommend them.

Amazing service from start to finish, Scott was very knowledgable and friendly when he came round and provided some great solutions to issues that we had with the positioning of the boiler and the pricing was very fair. Nadine was also lovely on the phone and was always on hand to help with questions that we had on the options offered. We would happily use GWE again in the future.

Had a callout charge as stated of £78 and engineer was there 20 minutes and still a leak. Said they could do it a week later and sent a quote including the call out charge of £409 for a leaking radiator valve. Warned that the cost could be higher as system might need draining. Got work done 2 days later by a reliable local plumber charged me £180 and did the job in 20 minutes!
