    Shockingly bad service.charged for a coffee I didn't order and when I asked for a refund because i didn't want a 'sllice of cake' to compensate, was told they didn't need my card to do a refund but would be called by the owner to confirm it was done. I don't belive a word of that, sorry! What owner calls someone about a regund when staff should be able to do that? Listen and pay attention to your customers. Please!
