Thankful to Peter, Hair and Son and the landlord for recognising the merit in a potential tenant rather than the so called social status of an individual. The current unaffordable private housing sector can be an impossibility for some people and Hair and Son have given some hope to me and I hope to others in a similar situation. I have private rented for 20 years and have never met a more helpful and sincere team, nothing but praise to Peter for the support. I have been able to revisit the property prior to moving in to measure up, and any property maintenance requests have been addressed straight away. Good estate agents seem to be a dying breed, but been impressed with Hair and Son. Our agent Claire was great throughout the process. I know moving is problematic but clear communication and keeping us updated with what's going on saves any disappointment, when thing's inevitably go wrong (delays with solicitors etc). Claire kept us always in the loop and we never waiting long periods without contact - she called us all the time. In the end great result. Top Marks H&S and thank you Claire.

Was kept well informed by Claire throughout the whole process which made things a lot less stressful.
