We've been using Caroline for years now and we really wouldn't use anybody else as Caroline is such a lovely genuine trustworthy person and it's great that we can leave our cats with somebody who we really trust so they can be in their own house instead of being in a cattery where they would be stressed out the whole time they were in there. Caroline is a real animal lover as everytime we see her she's always looking after a sick or injured pigeon or some other type of wildlife as she has such a huge heart for all animals, if your looking for a pet sitter look no further as Caroline is as good as it gets and is very good value for the service she provides, you get photos and updates every day to give you peace of mind your pets are fine when your away and she will even do small jobs like move your bins and water plants if needed, Caroline really is the best pet sitter in the area and you should give her a call if you need her pet services.

Caroline at PAWS ALERT is fantastic! She looked after our two cats, Mr. Bingley and Little Dorrit while we were away. She was completely professional, showing her ID, DBS check, and proof of insurance on our first meeting. She took notes of our needs,met our cats, and offered to send us some text message updates. All seemed good so we left on our holiday feeling pretty good about our choice. While on holiday, Caroline blew us away with her level of service. We expected maybe one text during the whole trip but she sent us updates each day and even sent us some pictures. All my husband kept saying was he couldn't believe how thorough she was and how impressed he was by her and he is a hard man to impress. I won't be calling on anyone else to look after our cats if we're away because no one could top the service we get from Caroline. I wholeheartedly recommend PAWS ALERT.
