Really bad customer service by a female co worker whilst I had my daughter with me. Our new bike had its back wheel hanging off and this member of staff clearly didn't want to be working on a saturday. All past experiences at Halfords have been great but this co worker should be cleaning toilets in the town centre. I'll be advising her to do so if I see her again.

At the end of December, I came to replace the battery in Halfords - White City (Manchester) where I also asked to install it, then for 2 months I had problems with the battery because it died every morning if I didn’t drive 2-3 days, I came to find out what problem, but they told me that the problem was in the car and not the battery, I went to Mercedes for diagnostics where they told me that the battery was not installed correctly, this was the problem. They can't put two terminals on the battery correctly! Do not trust these "specialists" even replacing wipers.
