Receptionist is so rude everytime I use this Vets. I have tried to take it with a pinch of salt over time but the customer service skills are so bad I feel like I need to say something. She talks over me when trying to explain what the issue is as in to rush me on like she does not have time for me, very blunt and rude attitude. I’m wondering whether a client facing role is right for her when she seems to hate talking to people?

Really bad service. Rushed. Had to wait outside. No real 1 on 1 service. Still waiting for email response for a price list from there dog spa. But won't be using pet spa after poor vetinary treatment. Gone to a more reliable vet and won't be using these again.

Best vets I've ever been too, looked after my dog izzy for 18 years and sent us a condolences card after she had to be put to sleep. Years later I've registered my pup Niko here and they're so friendly, efficient and don't judge which is so refreshing compared to my cats vet
