So I purchased a Range Rover evoque and naturally cars tend to have some issues and under no fault of the dealership my car was one of the cars that unfortunately had a few issues. My first choice was to call up Liam and see what the solution was to repair as I lived a fair distance away. Initially it was a return to base and they will resolve the issues. So we did that and the car had a further issue within the same Adblue dpf area. Liam said after the issue had come back that he was happy for me to go to a garage in my local area and we did that. Now my car is fully repaired and i understand it’s a car it will get faults but I can honestly say this dealer will deliver on their promise to repair as I’m proof of this. Would like to say thank you to Liam as he has been in constant communication for months as we both have worked together to get this issue sorted.

From the get go they have been very polite and cumunication couldn't be better. Very responsive to requests and flexible re payment options. This is a garage like we used to have . !!!!AVOID!!!! Had a nightmare after purchasing a car from here. Bought the car early January, within a week of ownership the engine management light came on as well as having a front tyre side wall shred due to having been previously run flat (was told this was my fault and i had ran into something) Having taken the car to main dealer for diagnosis i was quoted £2000 to fix the numerous issues. Diagnosis also revealed a remap as well as other modifications I hadn’t been made aware of before purchasing so i was miss-sold the car. In term this voided my warranty that i paid extra for… Phoned up to return the car as it was within my rights to be able to within that time period to which i was refused and told to bring the car back for repairs. After questioning weather they would use genuine parts they refused and told me they would “replace the bits they think will need doing” which didn’t fill me with much hope. Ended up taking it to a specialist for repairs and have only just got a vehicle that is fit for purpose. Would not recommend one bit, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere…
