    Positives: • Excellent location. Quick walk to St Pancras & Euston stations as well as multiple tube lines • Quiet street with pretty gardens out front • Decent selection of pubs, restaurants & coffee shops about • Nice size double room for London. Improvement required: • We didn’t expect a lift, but we also didn’t expect very narrow and curved stairs to get to the top floor where our room was located. • On a scale of 1 - 10, shower is a 2. While plenty of hot water, almost no water pressure. • Houskeeping — – Day 1: When we arrived the radiator was turned up to 5 out of 5 with the window wide open. As it was cast iron, it took hours to cool the room down. – Day 2: they left the cleaning supplies in the very small bathroom and didn’t put the pillow or foot covering back in the bed – Day 3: we left at 9:30 and returned at 19:30 and our door had been left ajar by housekeeping. All day. Fortunately nothing was missing, but for this reason, we would not stay at the Harlingford again.
