Staff were polite and freindly in all fairness, however the overall experiance was poor. Starters, sides and dessserts were all off the menu, which made me think either they had a missing chef which is fair enough or they wanted to turn tables quicker due to it being a bank holiday weekend, benefit of the doubt given so dined in anyway. 2 main meals and 1 kids meal. The fish on the 2 mains was good which you would expect, the chips were poor nothing to them, soggy and tasted like over used oil. The kids dish fish bites, pic attached, which was taken as soon it hit the table . All in hall a poor experiance. 2.5 stars given for service, and the main fish on its own. Oh suppose this is becoming the norm in a lot of places so isnt major, order food and drinks at the bar and grab a tray and try to take it to the table without knocking it over.
