Ordered a takeaway Saturday evening. It got delivered and it was freezing and oil on the top looked awful!! Top it off they gave me food poisoning. I’ve been and still am very ill! Doctor confirmed it’s poisoning today.. avoid this place at all costs

We have used this takeaway for years and could not fault the food in every respect. However, since they have decided to do all their ordering through the eating apps this place has gone down the drain. Order when you want, but you will get it when they are ready. We ordered tonight on line as they were closed and were told our delivery time was first at 6.15. . We called a few minuets ago to enquire about the delay . It is now 7.05. We were told “ oh we’ve just got your order “. I gave this place one star cos none would not be recorded. Don’t waste your time with this place unless you’re happy to eat when they are ready.

Saturday 23rd April, ordered a takeaway for four of us, I left several notes for the restaurant to read, adding chillies and upgrading meals etc. The restaurant read my requests, well done Hassan's, and our dinner was nothing short of excellent. It was delivered bang on time. If you haven't tried Hassan's yet.....your missing a trick.

This place can be a joke, they say delivery is 45 mins, after an hour and calling to find out where the food is, you are told its on its way.... Another 30 mins later its still not arrived, no customer service no apologies, no nothing just take your money and run. Whish we hadn't pre paid. Food was good, just wish they could be honest about timings...

Im so impressed with how good that was, not oily, not covered in sauce. Just full of flavour and ingredients. The lamb shashlick bhuna was phenomenal! As was the vegetable saag.
