From the moment we began discussing the project, Jamie was incredibly helpful and involved, guiding me through the process with open and honest conversations and keeping me updated every step of the way. We started by selecting the stone and discussing costs, and Jamie was patient and informative, answering all of my questions and offering great advice on how to create the perfect ring within my budget. Once we had settled on the stone, Jamie began sending me mockups, hand-drawn sketches, and eventually CAD diagrams, which really impressed me with their attention to detail and creativity. Throughout the process, Jamie was responsive and easy to communicate with, and I always felt like he had my best interests at heart. When the finished ring arrived, I was blown away by its beauty and quality - it truly exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking to get an engagement ring or some jewellery made, then look no further!!! I recently had an engagement ring made by Si - what an incredible experience from start to finish!!! The process, can be a daunting and complex process for a novice like me, but Si helped guide me through the process of diamond selection, design, timelines, creation process, costs etc. and made the process so simple and easy. I had quite the unique brief in terms of design for the ring, and nothing was to hard/impossible to get made. In fact, I think this is where Si and the team really stand out. The ring itself, when received was even better than I could have ever imagined. The attention to detail, care and passion that goes into these rings are second to none. Si even resized the ring for free, despite having to change 4 ring sizes and this being quite a complicated task (due to design). Si has a customer and friend for life after this project, and I can’t wait to start the next project for the wedding bands!!
