    After going into this jewellers to get some ideas for pearl earrings, I ended up buying several pearl items, other jewellery, getting jewellery cleaned and a ring repaired here! There is a good choice of products, which range in price; and cleaning and repairs were done in good time. But the biggest selling point is the staff. They patiently helped me - several times! - consider several options and make choices, they gave honest and helpful advice around cost, and spoke to me personally (I have been in on many occasions now!). I would thoroughly recommend this jewellers for anything jewellery-related.

    Called in last year on the off chance to ask about repairs to my watch strap. I had never visited before and was surprised by the stock available. In fact, I purchased a number of items for Christmas presents which were all gratefully received and appreciated. I also purchased a charm bracelet for a first birthday present. The staff were very patient, helpful, and friendly and the young man quickly sorted my watch at a particularly fair price. At the same time, I asked about getting my engagement ring fixed, valuations and advice which led to my returning a few days later. I left a ring, some pendants and received advice about a watch I took in. I was kept updated by phone and text as to costs and progress and was delighted to get two verbal valuations and to have my claws adjusted on my ring meaning I can wear it again. I highly recommend this jeweller; they deliver a level of service not always found these days and have indeed told lots of family and friends about them. I will be using them, again.

    As a clueless male, in to buy a wedding band, Hanna and Carla took infinite pains to identify exactly the right design and size. The ring was ready a week earlier than promised. Imagine the let down of discovering that somehow the ring was now just too small? A brief pause followed while the ring was annealed, resized and re-polished for no extra charge. Such great service. Highly recommended.
