Jane is unbelievable. I visited her as I was having a really hard time managing hormones. Awful mood swings, anxiety, I felt like I wasn’t myself anymore. A session every few weeks, and a REALLY cathartic chat, meant I felt better and more able to manage my symptoms after the first treatment. It got better with each session. Fantastic service throughout! Having wanted to experience Reflexology for sometime I went to see Heal Reflexology and had a wonderful experience. Extremely professional and thorough, I left the appointment feeling relaxed and refreshed. I also had the best nights sleep ever after and felt the affects long after the appointment.
