I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate how you cared for Val. From the first day she was always greeted with a warm smile each morning, and she soon settled. I know that she enjoyed her visits, and meeting all the wonderful team at your Day Centre, making new friends, and joining in with the various activities, or walking in the gardens when weather permitted, or relaxing in her favourite armchair. I was able to leave Val with you each morning and relax knowing that she would enjoy her time with you, and that was a great relief for me at a time when it was most needed. recently arriving home from open heart surgery, my ability was very limited, I called and spoke to Catherine at Heather care regarding assistance at home, the response was has you would expect from a professional company like Heather care. immediate and informative. Heather Care allocated a very experienced lady by the name of Sharron to look after me on a day to day basis Sharron was amazing in terms of healthcare and my health, always friendly and advising me for my wellbeing, nothing was too much trouble and she made my life through a very tough time of recovery much easier. Heather Care have supported my daughter for some years and we’d like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all the team, Sharon, Leonie and Naomi for their excellent care and support of Margaret during her time at home. We were aware of how difficult and trying this role could be at times due to her complex requirements. To undertake this role with love, care and a sense of humour was exceptional and is testament to the calibre of these three carers. I always looked forward to their arrival each day, they always arrived happy and with a smile on their faces. They are still often in my thoughts and wish them all the best in the future. Heather Care has been providing care for my 107 years old Aunt for about 3 years. I cannot recommend them highly enough as a provider of high quality, professional and personal care services. I moved care providers as the previous one proved unreliable. The level of care that has been provided by Heather Care has been exemplary. The care team that attend my aunt always deliver a professional service, but this is given in a very personal way - a perfect combination. I have full confidence in their professionalism and my aunt looks forward to their visits as she views them more as friends than a service she receives. The Heather Care team have always been responsive and flexible to changes and are readily available to discuss issues that may have arisen. I cannot recommend them highly enough as a provider of high quality, professional and personal care services.

Heather Day Care is an excellent facility where the care and attention to detail are second to none. My adult son has been attending this day centre 3 times a week for over 3 years and I have found the team there to be amongst the best I have come across in all the years of caring for my son and the different establishments who have provided the additional support needed for carers.
