Heavens Gate were absolutely fantastic when we lost our beloved cat Bobo. I cannot thank Kirsty enough for her empathetic approach in what was such a difficult time for me and my family. Losing Bobo was horrendous, however having someone there like Kirsty every step of the way made it that little bit easier for us all to deal with. Bobo was picked up with great care and attention and brought back home within a matter of days. Her box where she lays to rest in was beautifully presented. When mona made her final trip home we where so touched with how beautiful her earn, candle and treasure box was! Very fitting for her our little lady! This company is incredible, I honestly cannot thank them enough. We lost our 13 year old dog last month and they were amazing, always there at the end of the phone if we needed them, even for a chat. They were there to meet us at the vets and couldn’t be more compassionate and comforting in the worst moment of any pet owners life. They treated our dog with the upmost respect and love, like he was their own. I am so grateful for everything Kirsty did and I am forever grateful. Thank you to the heavens gate family.
