Although Polite, I sent my drone in for an error message to do with the GPS to be inspected and fixed, However they got back to me saying there’s a problem with the GPS and would need to be sent to DJI (Something that seemed common sense already from the error message), and still made to pay inspection fee.

An superb business and a market leader in all things drones. I run a drone services company and have bought most of my equipment with Heliguy. Sadly not all of it though and I had the misfortune of dealing with Coptrz in the early days who, once they’ve sold you the dream, will essentially have little interest in assisting you afterwards. The guys at Heliguy are the complete opposite. They’re always on hand to assist you with any queries and go above and beyond to give you good advice or to solve a technical issue. They also seem to have some of the best prices for new equipment and their delivery is extremely fast. Specific shout out to Richard who’s always on call to answer a query.
