If it were possible to rate this less then 1 star I would. I had the worst food poisoning ever, it actually ended in me having to call 111 as it was so severe. I urge you to stay clear of this place.

Disgusting cold burnt soggy food. Stay away. Food was delayed, took more than an hour and half. No contact was initiated to inform of the delay. We called twice and were told that there is a big queue! Going by the ratings, we chose to wait thinking atleast the food will be good. But my heart sank upon seeing my burger - soggy, cold, burnt stuffed with some dirty looking lettuce and tomato!

This place around 4 years ago used to be much better...the food is still lovely however the portions years ago used to be a lot bigger...for example...the chicken wrap went up by £1 for a meal but the chicken portion in your wrap decreased...then they added the (extra chicken option) for extra money which makes your chicken wrap originally what it used to be even prior to the increase of the meal? This make sense? Please take this as constructive criticism and not a hate message as I've been using you guys for many years and you guys that own the shop are lovely and friendly...but please guys sort the chicken portions out...all the best 👌

Got a bbq wings portion,bb sauce was used very sparingly! And under cooked...for 4.99 just for qi gs they should have been awesome...but not. Also got a peri wrap,some of the chicken also undercooked.over priced! Times are hard but don't compromise on quality when already they charge so much
