This firm fitted my carpet on behalf of Barker and Stonehouse The fitting was ok but he didn’t return to stretch the carpet. I reported that it needed a slight stretch with a photograph, in October 2020 Obviously I had to wait until April after the shops opened to tell Barker and Stonehouse that Mr Henderson hadn’t been in touch. I was given his number and texted in April but he didn’t reply to the text. I texted again this week and when I said I thought it was unprofessional not to let the customer know what is happening I was told this was abuse. A disappointing and unprofessional result. I’m now in the 7th month of waiting for it to be stretched.

Was very patient whilst I spent a week mulling over the right colour and was fast and efficient when fitting a bedroom and large living room carpet.
