Purchased a replacement Juke recently following some critical issues with my prior 2012 Juke. As much as I’m happy with the part exchange they gave me on my old car there have been problems with the new one, specifically a lot of interior noise whilst driving it. I did report this and they have fixed the glovebox issues and an issue with the boot latch which is great. Interior is still noisy however compared to my last Juke with a lot of noise from the ceiling when driving on any uneven surfaces so disappointed that they have not addressed this. I also enquired about a missing rear parcel shelf (I gather it clips on). I’m not sure what to do next as I got the impression that they didn’t consider interior noise issues to be under warranty when I last visited them.

After visiting several dealers in the area, looking for my daughters first car, we became impressed with the non pushy but very professional attitude of Claire at Nissan Hendy. Claire had quickly understood exactly what my daughter really wanted and set about sending us some good matches, never once being pushy (unlike other car salespeople), but having a far better listening and overall communication than any others. We picked up the Juke yesterday and Claire was incredibly thorough in her process of handover, even persistent ly trying to get my daughters music linked up so she could listen to it on the way home 💖. Great job, Claire. 🚗👍🍾

Brilliant service from salesman Tomas Jones from the moment we walked in the door just looking for ideas to receive a gentle welcome (not at all pushy!) from him all the way through seeing us off the premises with a new car. He was attentive, understanding and very polite and charming throughout. Really couldn't ask for more. A breath of fresh air amongst car dealers compared to others we had visited where we were either ignored or told misinformation. Highly recommended.
