Good people on the service desk who have been there a fair few years with Westway so have real integrity & fairness when dealing with customers. Very disappointed that Hendy have now taken over the franchise as in my previous experience at Hendy Ford they do not hold the same values. If Hendy leave to business to work as Westway did all will be good, Hendy have in the past pushed fitters into upsale bonuses which has resulted in offending customers who are wise to it.

Done my MOT, and got 2 tyres changed. Very friendly and informative staff, there is a waiting area where you can access to free customer WiFi, tea and coffee station, customer toilets. If you need to wait for your car to be serviced and work on your laptop at the same time, you can easily do that.

Difficult to reach due to road works causing traffic delays in front of the showroom, however, having visited before, I know an alternative route to the rear entrance. We went to test drive a new car and that was a good experience.

Had a great experience buying my new Nissan Juke . Only went to browse but Connor Oates was so helpful , he gave lots of advice and information about the car we were looking at ,but was not pushy at all a pleasant change from my other experiences of buying a car elsewhere . Connor had lots of knowledge and was even able to locate a new car that was in another garage and got it to Southampton I had it 2 weeks later . Jamie that manager also came and said hello , he was again helpful and polite . All in a great experience and one I would definitely be doing again when I update this car. My car is great and looked sparkling when I collected it , this again was a smooth transaction the whole thing from them buying mine to me getting my new one was seamless . Top class service. Very attentive, thorough and efficient. Highly recommend using a main dealer with manufacturer support so the right tools parts and advice is given every time. Was advised by a local garage to replace a £500 part and Henry advised a £35 part with minimal labour which fixed the small issue so very pleased with the honesty and saving. Also thought the visual examination and video went above and beyond especially as they found another issue which was not visible to us and will be coming this in for them to also repair. The safety of our family is in the hands of car garages and the peace of mind is priceless and very reassuring. 5🌟 will deserved👏
