Two agents contacted me (separate occasions) and both scheduled a FaceTime call for the next day and both completely ghosted me and I received no feedback, no yes or no answers. It’s just common decency to contact so time is not wasted or other opportunities are not set back.

I'm located in the US so our time zones are completely different and Emily always followed up with me even if it was 11pm her time. She worked so hard throughout the entire process. Really disappointed with the show of professionalism from one of your agents. I accepted a call from one of your agents over Whatsapp all the way in New York and agreed to an interview/chat the same day, on my day off from my regular job, which I had delegated to spend with my newborn nephew. After a chat, I admitted my qualifications/experience wasn't extensive and asked please to be let know, either yes or no, whether I would be able to get an interview with the company your agent was trying to get me hired for, here in New York. After hearing nothing, I texted a few days later. After hearing nothing, I emailed your agent. There's still been nothing. The courtesy to even let somebody know that they weren't successful not only saves the person wondering but shows a degree of dignity and professional from your company's side. I don't think the girl needs her name posted here but to be ignored really just makes candidates feel like you used them, used them to try to build your own client profile and used them to be successful in your own role. I understand it may just be one agent's way, but that agent represents her company and doesn't gain it a very outlook from prospects conducting an interview process this way.
