Great place to stay, we were staying for a trade show at the NEC. The room was clean and had its own on suite shower/toilet. It was up a little road just off the motorway for threw up a little, but the sat nav was happy. Breakfast was a treat, proper bacon and eggs. Well worth a stay if you are going to the NEC. Also off road parking (the main reason I picked it as I had a hire car).

Host was lovely welcoming and friendly lovely cooked breakfast grounds are beautiful very peaceful. Bed was comfy and clean so was the rest of the property. Really look forward to another stay here hopefully soon. If like myself you stupidly forgot your soap there is plenty provided.
