We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work Hill Design did on our two armchairs, chaise longue and two upright chairs. Their attention to detail is fantastic and so much thought has gone into using the fabric to bring the best out of the furniture. We also appreciate the time and effort that went into re-springing the chairs, something no one sees but which has made a massive difference. We have had so many compliments on the "new" chairs and they genuinely bring us joy every day as they are comfortable again and look beautiful. They provided an amazing service throughout the entire process and guided us the whole way through and put up with our dithering when we were unsure of what we wanted. We really appreciate the time they took to help and support us in choosing the right fabric and their invaluable advice in what may work with each individual piece of furniture. Their patience with us when we panicked was incredibly kind; by taking the time to talk us through the process and give us informed choices, they were so reassuring and helpful. We highly recommend them to any one thinking of having furniture reupholstered. They tick all the boxes in terms of service, their "customer comes first" attitude, the skill, know how and talent of the upholsterers and their reasonable prices.
