Mark Hipkin is a Force to be Reckoned with. Who will battle fiercely for you !. He got me unough towards a Bungalow and care needs.Mark Ensures you get the Specialist help you need - from Post Traumatic Stress counselling- Occupational ect. Most importantly he offers you Emotional support to help you cope. Especially when your a single parent with young children. I was emotionally and mentally drained. In unbearable pain and unable to Mentally function with high doses of Morphine Sulphate tablets and Oramorph (liquid). Alot of other medication. I Highly Recommend Mark Hipkin.

Used them for conveyancing . Day before scheduled move they phoned to advise "you wont be moving tomorrow" . Unbelievably there was an issue with deeds of my house that they only picked up at last minute. Out of pocket with removals, all packed etc. Nearly lost house moving to..Add insilt to injury they applied to land registry to rectify the paperwork , I had friend who worked at Registry in Durham who managed to fast track said application but told me they'd filled forms in incorrectly and application would've been returned i.e. i would have lost house moving to . These clowns charged me an additional £650 on top for this . As with most solicitors they were difficult to contact (hid behind messages and didnt return calls) A hugely stressful and expensive mistake using them. Company name change perhaps but AVOID .
