Had a regular block booking that was paid in full for multiple weeks for a specific pitch and time, to then be told half way through we are being kicked out of that pitch for a "closure" only to find out from friends in another local pitch that they have been given our time slot for league competitions instead... When questioned about it was told "You will have to just take what we can give you". Highly unprofessional and almost outright criminal, not to mention the appalling terms which I wish I had read sooner that suggest they can cancel our booking at any time with any reason without refund. If you can, avoid this business and hire a pitch directly with the location or another provider.

Dodgy tactics when cancelling set block bookings just for the sake of it with little replacement options or of worse quality. Because that pitch quality in the replacement options they better change their name to HireAnInjury UK ltd.
