Jamanul thanks a lot for the excellent service. I got Buyer survey through HLA surveyors. He provided a polite, friendly and quick t response. I got my report quickly and was able spot the flags raised before buying the property which helped me in making notes. Highly recommend their services, as convenient and straightforward and cost effective.

I booked HLA surveyors as I had read very good reviews and when I called they had the earliest booking available out of many other surveyors. I had a home buyers report done on a property which I thought needed only small repair/decorative work. After the report was sent to me ( 4 days after the survey), there were many structural problems with the property which I had no idea about. This would have cost me way over £20k in repairs. In the report, the surveyor showed clear photos of where the problems lay. The surveyor even spoke to me on the phone for more than 30mins before sending over the report to prepare me beforehand. As it wasn't possible to write everything on there. I therefore had to withdraw from that house purchase. I found another property which was in much better condition, again I used HLA surveyors. Survey done on Tuesday and report sent to me Friday evening. Excellent detail as before. This time a lot less shocking. Overall, I would recommend HLA surveyors to anyone.
