Got a steamer from a beauty depot, and wasn't successful getting hold of the manager, so tried contacting HOM as its their product. It's been over 2 week, and not heard a thing back. Last reason was they need paperwork from the Depot store and that of they don't receive it, its better I buy a new steamer. Its not even been a year !
