Well not only was SEAN no help at all even with any questions I asked and JANET the manager of this joke of a place I should have took Nicky's advice and stayed away from this site .this is the fella that left a review wat a total joke they take ur money and DONT CARE plz anybody that looks up this site plz plz stay CLEAR of this site it really is a joke o ya they were looking payment while we were on lockdown so they cancelled not only my holiday but didn't get a refund either

Awful company. Booked a holiday and paid £500 deposit. Less than a week later I had to cancel due to a relationship breakdown and was told the full deposit of £1000 was due so therefore I still have to pay a further £500. I asked to remove flights as these were costing over £500 each to Florida and was rudely told no changes allowed to booking. Asked about a payment plan but this was refused and the agent Trevor switched off the conversation. Complete scam . DO NOT USE
