I'm a current tenant with home agency and both the agency and the landlord are always available to help, they really try their best to make our home nice for everyone and even if it's quite far for them they always come at least once a week to check the fire alarm and make sure everything is ok so I think that they deserve 5 stars for every effort they put to make this home nice.

The Home Agency Team helped us secure our recent move during a period of protracted transition. Overall the whole team was brilliant. The viewing request was dealt with efficiently, and the paperwork was sorted with a high level of profession. Throughout the process Phillip and Jo have been flexible and very accommodating to extenuating circumstances. Jo kept us updated regularly and went above and beyond to communicate between tenants and the landlord to deal with any issues and problems quickly. We couldn't appreciate more and would not hesitate to recommend them.

tenants be aware. these are the last people who you should rent from. they are very rude and unprofessional. they are also threatening me with taking me to court for damages but the house was already damaged when i moved in? they had no proof of me and tenants causing damages as they only had pictures from a year before we moved in. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Please also see their responses to other negative reviews. They do no hold themselves accountable.
