Working for Home Instead is great, there is a lot of brilliant training so that you feel confident during your visits and the office staff are always there to support you, either on the phone or in person, you're always welcome to pop into the office. Rate of pay is very good, you also get mileage and some waiting time paid. All in all, lovely environment to work in, it's like a caring family.

I have employed Home Instead for the last 10 months for my Mum, starting off at 3 mornings and then increasing to every morning when she became a bit more frail. They never failed to be anything other than kind, caring and professional and Mum trusted the girls who helped her. They helped me to arrange increased cover at short notice and kept in touch with me when she had to go into hospital I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.
