Really poor experience with this agent. I popped in and spoke to the guys there and left my name, number and details of the property I was interested in. I was turned away and told to register on the website before they could have any kind of discussion with me, which I understood and I duly did before I'd even reached my car. This was the first agent I went to. Since then I have been to others that have had forms to complete in their branch, or have taken my details whilst I was there, or over the phone. I re-registered this week on the website and sent an email via Zoopla regarding a newly listed property. To date I have not been called back or contacted in any way. Very disappointing, especially given the glowing reviews left by others.

I wouldn’t recommend using these so called estate agents. My partner and I viewed a property and decided to go ahead. I disclosed my adverse credit history and was told there were ways around it. I wasn’t aware of CCJ’s on my file and if I had known I would have disclosed these. They hadn’t received my current landlord vetting forms back before being told it was a no. I challenged them and they said it was the landlord who wouldn’t accept me or a guarantor. Classic case of BS and buck passing. It took a week of thinking we had a good chance to be let down. No response to many emails and phone calls either. If you want my advice. Use a proper reputable company to handle your property letting.
