I had a lash lift and tint done here. My appointment was moved to an earlier slot without contacting me, and then cancelled. I still showed to my appointment and was seen despite the cancellation, however it was made clear that this was inconvenient for the staff… Eyelash lift and tint was done without caring for the lower lashes, which are now frazzled from harsh formula. The lift was uneven with no lift on the inner lashes. Eyebrow tint was applied without care or precision and did not take. All of these issues I raised with the salon with photo evidence. No reply or refund …. I have had a great experience here previously with a lash lift and tint. Unprofessional salon, poor customer service with only one or two professionals who can actually provide the services to a high standard. Service: Lash perms

I went to get my face waxed and my eyebrows threaded and asked specifically to have my eyebrows left thick and mostly focus on shaping the ends, just to have the complete opposite to happen. my eyebrows are the thinnest i've had then and i don't like it at all. Luckily i can sort of pull them off but i did say i want them thick for a reason and now I have to carry this L for the next month as i wait for them to grow back in. In addition, the waxing was rushed and not done properly, and there are quite a few hairs still left on my upper lip. At the time I could not see how bad it was but when i looked in the mirror the next day is when i noticed it properly. Sue was friendly but i'm disappointed. Waste of £19 lowkey. At least the threading wasn't painful. I was afraid to do it but Sue was quite light handed with it and the shaping of the eyebrows was good if you like thin eyebrows. i do not however.
