Still been robbed of my holding fee of £375. The guy spoke to me like I was stupid when he had no clue what he was doing! Disrespectful and taking advantage of people in this current crisis of the housing market and letting. It’s illegal to keep holding fees and to do that to a mother refuse to give back when it wasn’t my fault is basically theft.

I have used house of lettings for almost 2 years on the off chance if passing the office. Since that day house of lettings is the only agent in 15 years owning the property that got my rent hassle free without fail. I have used many agents who promise the world and do not deliver. As the time was right I thought its time to sell the property which again house of lettings did an awesome job very efficient and delivered building my confidence.
