Such amazing customer service. I emailed just to see how long a product would take to get to me, I explained the item was to help my 1 year old daughter with her physiotherapy exercises. Shaun very quickly emailed back and said he’d rang the factory to get them to send it asap. I ordered on the Thursday and it was with us by the Saturday. Would definitely recommend, thank you very much Shaun 😊

Great service from Start to finish, We purchased a climbing frame for HOP last August for our Children’s play cafe, and last week one of the soft play items became faulty the zip broke. I emailed them and a lovely lady by the name of Holly Wilson (Service Manager) took charge of our issue. She arranged for the item to be collected next day and the item came back today fix total turn around 5days. Amazing service. Would recommend HOP.

Purchased a soft rocking seat for my disabled son,sold as new but delivered in a black bin bag which I thought was strange for a professional company. Attempted to sit my son on the seat but with his disability wasn’t able to spread his legs wide enough to be able to straddle the seat so decided had to return. Called the company direct and asked what had to do to return item and get my £168 back. Was abruptly told will accept the return but they have a return policy where they deduct 30% off the total for safe return and re-stock even though we declared no faults!! Couldn’t believe the response and was told accept this or nothing…can’t quite believe that a company that offers products for children with disabilities can be so heartless and without any understanding. We refused to return the item just on principle and will hopefully one day be able to use the chair if my sons dystonea subsides!! So so disappointed!!

House of Play have been absolutely superb from the moment we made our enquiry. Our initial telephone conversation was with Jeff, who was extremely knowledgeable regarding the entire world of Soft Play. It was clear from the onset that House of Play understood the whole life cycle of creating a bespoke play centre, from requirements gathering, design and manufacturing, installation but more importantly implementation. It was clear that House of Play were the company we’d like to forge a relationship with. The other suppliers were not in the same league at all, as they were just “suppliers”. We were looking for a company that could provide so much more and House of Play demonstrated this. The next stage of our Journey was an invite to House of Plays design and manufacturing offices. This is where we were introduced to Shaun and his team. Nothing was too much trouble for Shaun and he helped us in every conceivable way. Shaun was able to drill down and help, by gathering our requirements and more importantly was able to understand and interpret our ideas. A visit to House of Plays flagship playcentre “Astrabound” sealed the deal for us. It was evident that this was a company that we could trust to build our vision. The Astrabound staff were amazing and bent over backwards to make us feel welcome whilst sharing their extensive knowledge and experience with us. The design process of our vision “Let’s Go Play” took a few twists and turns but Shaun and Andy were available at all times to modify the plans, they were both totally engaged and focused on delivering against our initial requirements. Several drafts later Andy produced exactly what we required and production of our new enterprise “Let’s Go Play” began. The installation team were a great bunch of lads and worked tirelessly to erect our new Playcentre, most days working 12-hour shifts, in order to complete the installation against our timeframe. I cannot express my gratitude enough. I truly believe we have forged to great relationship with House of Play and the engagement with their services does not end here. We are already looking to add additions to “Let’s Go Play” and will certainly be calling upon Shaun and his team. We could not recommend them enough!
