I tried to sell my penthouse through this company. Unfortunately I missed the top of the market, so withdrew it from the market recently. However, Simon at House & Son couldn't have tried harder, arranged lots of viewings, and got an interested buyer, but we couldn't quite meet on price. Very nice guy too, easy to deal with. I'm sorry he didn't earn a fee on this, but he couldn't have tried harder. So I just wanted to recognise that, and recommend House & Son to property sellers, given my very positive experience.

Tenants beware! As others have warned take date stamped photos of everything and insist on being present at checkout (something unsurprisingly they try to discourage) WILL try to take your deposit with checkout reports to rival war and peace in their length and fictitious content. Staff are incredibly rude and condescending. Didn't do anything about mould reported in rooms (to be fair they didn't do anything about ANYTHING reported!!) My advice- use another letting agency.
