DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR FURNITURE INTO STORAGE. THEY HAVE STOLEN MINE AND REFUSE TO GIVE IT BACK, I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING FOR IT FOR NEARLY 3 YEARS! WITH A PROMISE OF THEY WOULD RETURN IT. WITHIN THE 3 YEARS I HAVE MOVED OUT AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T GIVEN ME IT!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR FURNITURE!

Don’t know why council council office are even open they don’t know what they’re doing really bad on the phone speak to customers absolutely disgustingly no respect don’t do anything that you ask them to do and think that they know everything I was in the middle of doing an exchange they’re telling me I have to wait even though it’s been two months and still heard nothing but the other housing agency is still waiting for confirmation from Kirkstall

These people are usually very helpful just lately they’ve used the covid excuse for leaving me without hot water from the broken element in my boiler for nearly three months.. can’t talk to anyone because they only have ansafone.. sick of boiling kettles to get a wash and shave, four or five allows me to get a bath . Might sue for the extra electricity I’ve had to use .. #sickofit
