Quite often, go here on the way home at about 9pm & the food is still good. The chips aren't all the crunchy dried bits that you get at some chip shops near closing time On my last visit last Tuesday evening, I bought a steak & kidney pie for my husband & treated myself to my absolute favourite a piece of skate. Both were freshly cooked & absolutely delicious Definitely the best fish & chip shop around.
