Orderd salt and pepper chicken wings and grilled chicken dumplins Dumplings were lovely had them sizzled its in their name so must be a speciality of theirs, same cant be said for the chicken wings the batter was so thick and soggy they were unedable.

I enjoy this place. I've been looking for a place that serves good dumplings for a while, and the ones here are delicious. I like their jade option, and their dumplings are filled very well. Good portions for the prices, and their udon is now a family go to for takeout nights. I think if I had to pick at anything, I would say that when I ordered the sizzled option of the dumplings, they were rather greasy on the bottom obviously because they were fried in some oil. Maybe adding some paper or dabbing them before packing would make the experience a little better, but other than that I have no issues with this place! The food arrives hot and quickly, and when we pre-order they take the time to call up beforehand to double check our timings, which I find lovely. The delivery drivers are kind and quick working, too, and still wear face masks which as a vulnerable person, I really appreciate. This takeout place is firmly at the top of our list for food, due to the Japanese Udon option, and the delicious dumplings.

Awful service!!!! THEY cancelled my order because they couldn't be bothered to work round my food allergy (bearing in mind they have been good about this before) and gave my attitude and called me a liar saying they have never done my order before even though it went threw just eat like every other time before. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!! If you have food allergies like me they can't be bothered so I wouldn't bother with them if I were you. Spend your money somewhere that will treat you like a human being instead of a problem. And considering I'm autistic I don't like being spoken to the way I was spoken to. Have been reported to just eat.

I tried 2 dishes. Staff were friendly. Thought I'd try some where new, felt the dishes didn't have enough flavour compared to my other haunts but overall I would visit again.

Delicious food we had eggfried rice ,chic fried rice and crispy duck in orange sauce all prepared quickly and not rip off prices ,the only bugbear was having to pop out for cash (only) in shop.

I used to be obsessed with this place a little over a month ago. It seems the quality has dropped quite a lot. Spring rolls weren't as nice and were greasy and the salt and pepper chicken was bland, soggy and tasted frozen / chewy.
