The worst hospital I have ever been into. I have been here waiting with my sister for 2 hours with only 3 more people in the line with us but they only managed to see only 2 of them. If it takes THAT long for a doctor to see 3 people. I don't want to imagine how long it would take for 20 or more people on a busy day.

Dirty blonde lad with glasses at the front desk, picking his nose and eating it. Eating crisps and a hot drink yet has a go at people for doing the same. Belittles mothers on there own who are very vulnerable and emotional. Definitely has a shock coming to him. Dirtiest place I've ever seen, asked if a bowl of sick in the middle of the floor could be removed, was told "I'm not a cleaner" it was there for the 6 hours I waited.

Been sitting here for 3 hours with a covid positive toddler who can't breathe properly and has high fever. One nurse came at almost 8pm to give some medicine and never came back to see him. It is 11pm now. Nice. Went out to ask and nurses told us waiting time is 6hours. This is crazy.and i can still hear them chatting outside. But told us to wait 6 hourse. Will never ever come back here.

Big thank you to all of the team. From arrival to the discharge with have spent I the A&E 70 minutes. Friendly, professional and calm approach made my son feel not anxious. Many thanks to the nurse Natasha and the doctor with pink, colourful hair and rainbow trainers.

My 15 month old daughter had 40.6oC fever and it wouldn't go down with any paracetamol or ibuprofen so we were referred to A&E from 111. It took 5 hours for a doctor to come and do an assessment which took only 5-10 minutes. The nurses were lovely and the doctor as well but I found out there was only 1 doctor for three departments! NHS THAT IS A JOKE!

THIS RATING IS FOR THE MANAGEMENT TO TAKE NOTE. 8 hours in A + E last night....just not even acceptable for a dislocated knee cap(unknown at the time what the Leg injury was)...this rating isn't for the staff there 2 triage nurses for 72 patients....they were fantastic. 1.15am queuing down the corridors...its disgusting what the staff have to deal with....and made worse all because the local minor injuries unit in Beverley couldn't accommodate us nor did they have an Xray operator after 5pm.

The nurses did not sure any dignity and respect at all. Whilst the nurse was asking what the problem was another put a needle in my arm to take bloods. Never asked for consent or explained what she was doing. Then I notice a line was in and asked what it was. Started been sick and they were pushing me out the room whilst been sick. me to go sit in waiting room and was pushing me out the door
