Hunters Abbey Wood acted as the sales agent for a vulnerable customer. As a potential buyer, my questions about the property were dismissed. Other agents include the information I was requesting in the listing, but these agents acted like I should just wait for solicitors to raise queries. I witnessed the agent giving the seller some bad and potentially unlawful advice. I ultimately found a better property and I'm glad not to deal with Hunters, but I worry about the seller.
