It was a real privilege to design my ring with expert jewellers on Hatton Garden, no less, such experienced specialists who knew their craft so well. The best part of the experience was how friendly both Paul and Sean were and the time they took to get to know us and help us figure out exactly what we wanted in order to create the ring of my dreams. It makes the beauty of the ring all the more special, knowing that such care and attention to detail went into making it. I've recommended them to another friend who's designed an engagement ring with them, and we had our wedding rings done with them too. I've also entrusted them with my Grandmother's ring which they kindly resized for me and carefully replaced a missing diamond from the band. They care a lot about their customers and I've been back to visit and have my engagement ring properly cleaned from time to time, and it's lovely to see our thank you card still on the wall along with all the other wedding picture thank you cards too! We'll be back to create future milestone pieces of jewellery together, if we're lucky enough to reach them!

We first found Paul & Sean over 20 years ago when we were seeking someone to make our bespoke wedding rings. Tucked away in a workshop within a building off Hatton Garden, it at first seemed odd, considering the neighbourhood, however within minutes of meeting them, we could see how they're so highly rated. They spend the time to listen to the client's ideas, contribute their own and give comprehensive technical guidance in layperson's terms, e.g. the pros and cons, and risks, of different types of diamond/gem mounts. Despite our relatively modest budget the first time around, we were made to feel like 1st class clients, and we still absolutely love our rings. Since then, we have used Hyde & Park again, this time with a less modest budget, and yet again, they took the time to mock up designs (much easier with the digital tools compared with 20 years ago!!) and the final product was simply awesome. As long as these chaps are in business, there is nowhere else we will go for bespoke jewellery, full stop. Thanks Paul & Sean, long may you reign as the kings of Hatton Garden! :-)
