Ordered some pumps from their website, after a week i thought i best chase as hadn't even received an order confirmation, was eventually told these pumps were non stocked and they would be cancelling order. I was told a refund would be processed with paypal, 48 hours later no refund not even a message from paypal saying a refund had been instructed. I opened a case with Paypal and all of their responses were very unprofessional stating they wouldn't refund me because they hadn't received the funds from Paypal yet, then told me i should be doing the leg work chasing Paypal for a refund, begrudgingly i ended up having to escalate the case as they would not issue a refund even though they were the ones that canceled the transaction, bonkers! Phoned Paypal and they confirmed HSS were being deliberately awkward, told me they only had to press 1 button to refund me, AVOID!
