Update : IT'S BEEN OVER 1 YEAR, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND NOR EXPLANATION. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Do not book with this company. I informed them of my situation in March and now its November and I'm still waiting to even get a basic email or call back from them to let me know what is happening. I and my husband have tried to email Muneer, Shaan and other reps several times with no luck and even tried the main website with no luck. The telephone number does not pick up calls. I feel myself and others are now being conned and non of us requesting money back will actually get our money back or an explanation of what's happening.

Booked a family UMRAH 3* package with SAM Travels (Itimaar Travels) and Alhamdulillah I had a very pleasant experience with them. I was very anxious after reading all the horrible experience some customers had who used SAM Travels for their UMRAH. But, Alhamdulillah my UMRAH was hassle-free through out... The agent who took care of my UMRAH itinerary was Br. SALMAN who took all the efforts to make sure all the transfers for us from Jeddah Airport to Makkah Hotel and Makkah Hotel to Madina and Madina Hotel to Jeddah Airport are in place. The hotel we were given in Makkah is Hotel AL-KISWAH Towers which is a 4* Hotel and the rooms were brilliant. Though its a bit far from HARAM SHARIFF (about 850m - 15 minutes walk from the room), the Hotel provides 24 Hour round the clock shuttle service to HARAM SHARIFF and vice-versa which made our life easier as we travelled with elderly and kids and infant. We were slightly disappointed with the Hotel we have been provided in Madina which is ISRAQ AL BUSTAN which is a 3* Hotel as per the Travels but its a 2* Hotel and not really been looked after. The carpets in the rooms were smelly, A/c was not working properly, Beds and Linens were not cleaned properly. We complained about this to the Hotel Receptionist but they did not do anything about it as most of the management workers are from Bangladesh and unless you are from Bangladesh, you wont get any help from them. So better to avoid this hotel for your Madina Stay. One good thing about this Hotel is its very near to the Masjidun Nabawi. The closest gate is 8 which would take 5-7minutes walk from this Hotel. As we were there for doing Ibaada' we did not really make a fuss about it. Overall, the UMRAH experience was satisfactory with SAM Travels and I would recommend them to my family and friends. Worse travel company i used got my flight and umrah cancelled in march did not refund me yet for flights and did not refund umrah visa fees as saudi government announced to refund it.

Hello ITIMAAR TRAVELS! This Is to inform that all, I went for umrah with them in jan 2020 and MR AREEB gave me best price Guarantee umrah package and it was hassle free family trip in professional & helpful way. However, I again wanted to go for umrah now in NOV or DEC and i booked it in March so MR Muneer gave me assurance of my deposit and will give me a discount on my 5 star luxury umrah package! I recommend ITIMAAR TRAVELS because they help us even in Pandemic situation after lockdown open gave assurance. Thank you AREEB sahib!

Hi, i recommend ITIMAAR Travels for a umrah package deal to a friend. They booked a umrah package with AREEB at really good prices as compared to other Travel agents of london and he gave us 5 star umrah package in the prices of 3/4 star. Secondly, In this COVID 19 situation as well he was not in office but MR MUNEER gave us assurance that money is safe with us and once umrah open in OCTOBER again they'll help us to travel again for UMRAH at a best price guaranteed umrah package deal. AREEB is the best Travel advisor for umrah package, Dubai packages & flights only as well.

My umrah and package holiday was cancelled due to covid-19 and they did not refund my money even though they initially told me that they would refund me. They just simply had disappeared but I managed to give them a big surprise, I made charge back through my bank and successfully recovered my money. If anyone is the victim of those craps then please make a chargeback through your bank and recover your money ASAP, also be aware of those scams including Javed, Areeb and Muneer. They talk so polite before selling their package and do not really bother to talk to people as soon as they take the payment. Their other good reviews are fake and posted by their friends and family.

Please avoid this company Itimaar who trade under various names under Moresand Limited. Having booked a Umrah Package recently and due to Covid 19, this had to be cancelled. It’s been 2 months of me constantly chasing and not getting no refund. Quick to get your business, but then ???????? Please avoid at all costs........
