Please guys do not risk your settlement visa application, if you want a positive decision on your settlement visa get in touch with Mr.Irfan waheed. He knows his job and is confident and is the best and also very patient and polite with his clients. We are very happy because of him we are united forever. Literally paid 150 pounds to speak with someone that doesn't have any confidence in any answers. Moreover, the lawyer (Evgeniya Miloshova) was only able to provide me ambiguous answers to questions that had answers in other sites (gov.uk, etc). Furthermore, I was not made aware that this service has a 7 day expiry, and a customer service follow-up (provided by Jonathan Packham) was not followed up, I had mentioned my disappointment, just told be told that "he will get back to me". EDIT: Previously gave a 1 star review (see above) talked with customer service and they routed me with a new lawyer (Simon) and felt very satisfied with the service, so I will be giving 4 stars.

Myself and my husband did not know where to turn for help and advice as it was so difficult to get any clear advice on how to do a spouse visa. We were so grateful for help and guidance from Irfan Waheed to complete the spouse visa and get my husband to the UK last year intime for christmas! At times the waiting, anxiety and financial burdens was alot but worth it in the end! next time we are looking to do the next visa stage without the IAS due to costly rates. Hi Irfan, I cannot hide from the fact that I was left feeling very shocked, very frustrated, very angry & very annoyed, by the immigration system it become ???? Not by yourselves by the way ? & by representing myself & the situation I’ve got myself in ???? But Irfan, you are so calming, so reassuring, very helpful & very understanding. At this point(8:30pm Thursday 3rd October 2019). I really don’t know if I can go ahead with my application because I haven’t had a conversation with my mother yet, she is my only hope. But I could not be in safer hands if I do find the finances. Just one regret, that I didn’t come last year ???? What a great professional man you are Mr Waheed.
